BRANCH MANAGER FROM HELL!!!!

I write this with a heavy heart. Never in my life have I ever experienced such appalling and disgusting service from what is supposed to be a customer service professional. Really, if I was one who breaks down in tears easily that is exactly what I would have done at FNB Randburg Square today. After almost an hour of battling to get my bank statements to no avail I was left frustrated and miserable. Wondering around aimlessly in the branch hoping to flag down a helpful person rendered fruitless. So I approached the one person I thought would be able to advise accordingly – the branch manager. So I opened his office door, before I could say a thing, he charges at me and SLAMS the door in my face! SLAMS!!!! My horror! I was left confused, insulted and embarrassed considering other customers were watching… This is supposed to be the BRANCH MANAGER for heaves sake! What kind of customer service training teaches such brutal disrespect for a CUSTOMER! The least he should have done is ask what I want and direct me to the relevant person but to SLAM the door in my face!! So I opened it again and he charges to the door again, tells me VERY ARROGANTLY that he is on N.B call and then slams the door AGAIN! WHO the hell does this man think he is? Is this how branch managers generally behave? What is his purpose anyway if assisting a disgruntled customer is not one of his tasks? To say I’m upset would be a gross understatement. I felt like a stray dog being kicked out of the house on a rainy day. It was embarrassing and hurtful. Needless to say, I left without getting to do what I went to the branch to do in the first place! The Branch Manager's name is Wesley.
