Branch deposit R1.65 per 100 but was charged R50

I do not understand the way in which u calculate your Bank charges , I called your client services but as usual the consultant could not explain in detail and make me understand , I therefore sent a complaint , I received a call from Christina Mtshali , even that lady failed to make me understand how do u send a schedule to a client that reads R 1.65 PER R 100 R 50 min but do the opposite. the lady then sent me the email below , which still does not make sense<br> \Please be advice that cash deposit is charged a min of R50 irrespective of the amount and a R1.65 per R100 e.g. <br> She was charged: <br> CASH DEPOSIT FEE 50.00- 11/02 due to this transaction done inside a branch CASH DEPOS MLUNGISI 500.00 50.00 10/07<br> FNB branch you are charged R1.65 per R100.00 and the minimum that the bank charges is R50.00. due to it being a branch transaction .
