Branch controller again
We had a problem getting our stokvel money from atteridgeville plaza and they referred us to fnb atlyn to receive a cheque The branch controller Phumzile was so rude and took 1 hour 30 min to write it On top of that when shes done She tells us to go que in the teller which was so long We had been there from 9 on the dot and we eventually left the branch at half 11 This kind of service will make u lose clients
