Branch closed since morning
<p>Since I arrived at FNB mabopane branch in the morning,the branch is offline and nobody is explaining for how long it wil remain closed.When I asked if I could go to another service I was told all branches are offline.</p>
So right now at 13h00 I decided to try my luck at Soshanguve Crossing First National Bank branch,when I got there the branch was also offline.Why are customers not informed about such things,instead of us going up and down looking for assistance without any.
