BRAINLESS BANK

This is the most useless bank. The idiots working at FNB should be replaced including your phone systems. Your risk assessment department is useless. I have risk factor 3 and no one can tell me why. I have dealt with this issue for 3 weeks. My time is also valid. I cant be on the phone for hours at a time day in and day out. *** is wrong with you people. Get your **** together. If fnb is interested in doing business with me ask someone with at least more than 2 brain cells and can speak English properly to contact me. If not PLEASE advise so i can close my accounts and stop wasting my time.
