First you have to wait outside in a line for 20 minutes to be told when you get inside that you need certain documents before they can help you ( 20 minutes wasted due to poor communication)

Then when you inside the ticket will tell you your waiting time is 9 minutes but just be ready to wait 45 minutes to be helped by someone who tells you to do what you need help with via an online form. You then get home and realise the way the consultant told you to fill in the form is totally incorrect and now youve wasted over 2 hours of your morning.
