bracken gate ATM

I have drawn money at the FNB bracken gate ATM and the money never came out during the transaction my card return and the money never came out. I went to the branch and were informed that they will investigate and come back to me it has been a week now and nothing came out WHAT MUST I DO I WANT MY MONEY
