Bowled out

I went to FNB, Sasolburg yesterday not really expecting great service. I just wanted to be helped. I was bowled out totally. Not only was I welcomed and listened to when I explained my problem, FNB actually fixed the problem permanently and they did it quite fast. What impressed me the most was the interaction between the FNB colleagues. They assisted me and each other in a friendly courteous way. Special thanks to Lettie and Trevor Wellsted. Well done FNB.
