BOUGHT THE HOUSE BUT NOT YET MOVED IN

Me and my husband bought a house last year but not yet moved in The house worth R400 000.00, that was auctioned by FIRST NATIONAL BANK but until today we haven’t moved into our property because The previous owners says their house was sold ********ly the house was on arrears but they had an arrangements with FIRST NATIONAL BANK that he must pay a certain amount then they manage to pay half in cash and the other half was transferred. Previous owners tried calling FIRST NATIONAL BANK after making those payments but they didn’t get through legal offices Unfortunately they were told that their house was the first one on the Auction list It gets more and more for us to survive because we are paying BOND AND RENT at the same time from July 2016 It is really frustrating now because it seems as if FIRST NATIONAL BANK can’t answer for themselves we tried writing letters and sending emails when we do follow up with FNB Attorneys they keep on saying they are still awaiting for their counsel to do the reply Everything was done paper work and everything the house is on me and my husband name we tried applying for the eviction but it takes time since FIRST NATIONAL BANK doesn’t co-operate we have been sending them email several times But still there is nothing coming out its being a year and some months I’M NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE…
