Booster Points Ebucks

I'm have contacted FNB three times already regarding an E-bucks query and no one can assist or they say "they will send me the steps to follow" On my app it says Booster Points for Shortfall Protection on Revolving Facility 2000 points. How do I activate or get this points? On my profile on the app it shows active but no point are allocated. I'm every month short of this 2000 points before going to level 5 and it's basically costing/losing out on money... why can't anyone assist???
