booking.com and fnb

I made a booking via booking.com money was deducted from my account when the rooms had all been booked.

Booking.com not great for service fast to take your money even if rooms are booked already

Now to wait and try get your money reversed takes for ever.

Being told to wait 7 to 14 working days if not longer is shocking

Fast to debit money but to get your money back seems impossible.
