Bongani Zwane at FNB Sandton City: GREAT SERVICE

I would like to take this opportunity to thank and compliment Bongani Zwane, a consultant at FNB Sandton City.

After 3 consultants (in-branch and call centre) was unable to/did not want to assist with my queries I luckily got to sit down across from Bongani.

He understood my frustration and remained calm and friendly. He showed amazing competence by resolving my issue to the the best of his abilities. I walked out of the branch, very relieved and with a smile on my face (under my face mask of course).

If I had the FNB Sandton City branch manager's contact details, I would have certainly directed my compliment to him as well. Bongani Zwane should be treasured at First National Bank as he provides good customer service which unfortunately lacks everywhere else. Many of the other consultants should follow in his footsteps.
