Bongani Ndembe froze my account and won’t reply
My fnb account got frozen by Bongani Ndembe, I have send through all the required documents but Bongani is just ignoring all my mails and not providing me with any feedback , I get that he simply doesn’t care but this is my own hard earned money , I have send him countless emails but he still will not reply to me . This bank has the worse customer services ever !!

there still has been no feedback , it over 8 months , i went into the branch twice and not evans the fnb consultant can get hold of bongani
