Bongani ndembe and FNB are ********

This is too much now please hello Peter help me get my money from FNB they ask me to send a confirmation later I did but still nothing is working they said Bongani Ndembe is the one who handling my case and he’ll be in contact with me , but it 3 weeks now he never called I even went to branch to ask for help but still there was nothing , is bongani ndembe or FNB ******* what’s all this how can they terminate my account with my money inside and they are not given it back to me 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 it very sad what they are doing to me honestly I’m going to head office I can’t let fnb and Bongani ndembe it my money never
