BOND UP FOR AUCTION IN ERROR

Good day
My husband passed away on 19 January 2015. The bond was registered in both myself and my late husband names. The death claim was repudiated and I referred the matter to the Ombudsman for Long term Insurance. They are busy investigating the claim. On receipt of the repudiation notice, I told Nannie Lombard that I am referring the matter to the Ombudsman. I also confirmed that I have a fixed deposit at FNB which I will use to settle the bond if the claim will not be paid. I have not been contacted since to inform me that they want to auction off my house? Surely they cannot auction the house if I was not informed? And I have enough funds in the fixed deposit to settle the bond. I am just waiting for the investigation by the Ombudsman: Ms Virginia Smith.
Please assist because I do not know where to turn. If someone at FNB have contacted me, at least then I would have had a contact person's name. But this was the first that I heard of an upcoming auction.
Thank you
