Bond switch

I was told switching my home loan to FNB from another bank would be a simple process whereby they would see to everything including the expenses in order to do so. This process took nearly a year to complete.

In order to complete the switch, I needed to pay Nedbank an amount of R10000+ which I was told I'll be refunded with. I paid the amount, however it's been more than 6 months and I am still waiting for the refund and I have no idea who to contact with regards to this.
