Bond settlement/ paidup letter

Good day I have been sending numerous emails to Fnb trying to get settlement letter since our bond is paid up but not winning ended even visiting the head office and was told consultants are working from home. Can someone please contact me on *** alternative ***Regards Tumelo Hlabi
