Bond sentlement after being retrenched

Fnb home loan dont care about their customers all the care about is to make money, they are making it difficult for home owners so that they can repposses their house and re -sell it. I was recently retrenched and i requested a settlement discount to pay off my bond to my supprised the settlement went up. I have paid more than R250 000 thousand on the house but the balance is the same, the have made R250 000 on interestvin two years but still wantvmore from a retrenched customer. That is pour evil and grid from a bank
