BOND REQUIREMENT - FNB

We've been banking with FNB for 25 years. 2 1/2 years ago the same incident happened . We've now presently sold our property and are clearing 2.5 mil. We are asking FNB for R690,000.00 and all we have received is them asking for more and more documentation. In fact we have app**** to another two institutions who have contacted us enquiring as to how they can help us invest 2.5 mil. To date we've not heard from FNB regarding this. Surely if we can afford to pay a monthly instalment of R21,000.00 for the past 2 1/2 years, we can afford to pay approximately R6,900.00 p/m. The two institutions know absolutely nothing about us but yet they are prepared to help. If I'm correct \HOW CAN WE HELP YOU"is what we hear on adverts from FNB? We are very disappointed that after 25 years of being loyal customers"
