Bond Registration - wife passed away.

It is now 6 months that Mr PJJ Swanepoel - can't register the bond on his name - his wife passed away, and all the paperwork were handed to the bank. But everytime they phone again for the same info, as if the people in FNB dont know what to do - passing the bucket. All neccessary documentation is with the bond attorneys - JC Smit Attorneys - and the only thing the bank need to do is to link with the attorneys and get everything done and dusted. But up untill now, the problem stay the same and the bond is still on my deceased wifes name!
