Bond Registration

I have a Bond with FNB and the first debit order is due this month from today. I told them about the Bond being registered with the wrong street address and they told me to go get the correct street address from the municipality and forward to them so they can change it. Tuesday there was a guy that was sent by FNB to check on one of the flats, We asked him why didn't FNB send a person to check our flats. He said he is the person who was appointed to valuate the place and we asked why are the bond registered if you did not come to do the final valuation. Apparently the Valuation were done in January 2016 but people went and vandalized the place and it was repaired again before we moved in second week of June 2016 so the new valuation was not done. Can FNB check if the developers did everything correctly. FNB sent me an Insurance Certificate that shows that the Body Corporate pays for it and as my Bond is registered i don't even know that we have a Body Corporate. Would appreciate if i can be assisted since i don't know who to contact.
