Bond Refund

Absolutely pathetic service by the bond department to me as the client who banks and has a home loan with FNB. On the 18 December 2020 I got paid and seeing that my home loan does not deduct my home loan debit order I decide to make a transfer of R4000 myself to my home loan with the home that it will reflect and the debit order won't go through for December. Unfortunately on the 20th December 2020 home loan debit order went through of R3 660 wich left me with out any thing for my order debit orders. Well on the 28 I went to FNB Boitumelo mall to request a refund on that bond. I was helped by David Dashe, he called the bond department and he was told told to fill the pre paid form with me then send it back to them which he did. On the 29th December 2020 I got a mail saying a application can not go through as there are outstanding documents I must submit, those do were copy of my ID, proof of residence as well as debit order form. I went back to Boitumelo mall to submit those documents, David again call the home department the case is with Nombuso she told David that he must do want wich he did the payment still didn't go through as i got a mail again on the 30th that it can not be processed as I didn't fi the tax number. I call the bond department and they said I must submit that tax number because it's the only thing making the process of refund to pending. I went again to FNB Boitumelo mall. I was again helped by David who again called Nombuso to verify with as to what was needed from me to get my refund. He was told to print again the form fill it afresh and put the tax number and resend. He did that in my presence and send the new form. On the 31 December 2020 I did not hear anything form FNB until today the 1st at 18H00 I got a message again telling me that they are outstanding documents. Please help me with the I don't know what more these people want from me to refund my money which I am so ineed of.

I have never felt these angry about the bank that I bank with I want to do with FNB in the way that I am going to change them as my banking bank. All I need is to get my refund as asked FNB to stop playing me like fool when they need to refund me I don't even have the money to go back to work at JHB tomorrow as I was at Welkom for holidays.
