Bond rebate

Firstly I would love to give gratitude to Fnb home loans for granting bond...here comes the challenge. As soon as the house we were given to options of our bond debiting directly from Human Resources at work or debit order....the comforting part is when they pull directly from HR our interest rate becomes a slightly lower...HR agreed to the bank offer and last month all went well.this month we get a email from HR saying they will no longer be paying Account from their side we must arrange with our banks as it’s too much administration on their side. The sad thing is now that HR is refusing to continue with the bank agreement we are now forfeiting the rebate in a case that is out of our control. Can Fnb please try assist us in resolving the issue as we have never had issues with them.
