Bond rate review

Dear FNB Bond Division,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request a review of my current bond interest rate and to negotiate a more favourable rate.

Over the past 6 years, I have been a loyal customer of FNB, consistently making timely payments and demonstrating my creditworthiness. I have also maintained a good credit score, which I believe warrants a reevaluation of my interest rate.

Given the current market conditions and interest rates offered by other financial institutions, I believe my current rate of 12.55% is no longer competitive. I would like to request a rate reduction to which is more in line with industry standards.

I would appreciate it if FNB could help me on this note as we face difficult times with raising interest rates
