Bond payment arrangements

Me and my fiancé Mandy Otto who has a bond (Account Nr ********** 182474) with FNB went to make payment arrangements since I was retrenched on the 24th of August 2016 and she's still on maternity leave until october. we were informed by Lawrence at FNB home loan department that we cannot be helped until the debit order for the bond bounces. We went to fnb before the next debit order date to prevent this from happening because it would affect Mandy's credit rating if the payment bounces and we were told that there was no other alternatives. This is just unacceptable that fnb has no other options for us according to Lawrence whom she spoke with telephonically..h
