Bond paid in full but FNB keeps deducting monthly.

We have paid our bond with FNB but they still keep on deducting the monthly repayment and now when we want our money back it's a struggle what do we have to do to get FNB to stop deducting and repay our money back we have paid the bond in full what do they want from us?
