Bond Not Registered

I app**** for a homeloans, then six months was reassessed. The bank send me a text that I was declined due to affordability. I do accept their decision, but they should take off my name from credit beureas and the bank that I'm paying R7900 for the house. Would they please rectify that I have no bond with FNB homeloans ,it's not even registered at the deeds office. I would like to move on, but I'm unable as every time we apply for any credit since the homeloan of R7900 reflects on my name. I have made peace with the fact that now I have been declined for a homeloan, but would like to improve my credit scoring .
