Bond life insurance increase instead of decrease

Hi Team FNB.. I have sent multiple multiple emails to inquire on my life insurance for the property.. It seems as though, from 1 August, you are going to increase my life insurance, instead of bring it down like you did previously since the bond value is being reduced too. Prev. My Life insurance was, R81.10, and then to R78.60, but now from 1 Aug 2020 you want to bill me R104.85 thats an extra R26.25 per month instead of a reduction. Please can someone get back to me as soon as possible on this
