Bond life insurance cession *****
My life insurance with Old Mutual was ceded to FNB August 2017 yet FNB still continued to charge me for they life assurance. I raised the issue in April 2018 and the FNB assurance was cancelled. But now they can't tell me why it was not cancelled when the cession was done in 2017 and apparently I can't get a refund because it's a "group scheme".
So basically even though FNB knew that they had ceded my OLD Mutual policy, they still continued to debit me for nothing.
