Bond has a interdict!

<p>FNB have put an interdict on my bond, although we have contacted them to get settlements and various other documents they automatically forget to mention the interdict! What a joke and a run around.</p> <p> </p> <p>I call Homeloans today as we cannot register my bond due to an interdict to find out if it's on the bond and the guy assisting says that FNB raise interdicts on all their bonds to stop owners from just selling the propoerty.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely this is not correct. Do you know the time we have wasted trying to sort this out! I urgently need a reason for this and a letter stating that FNB will uplift this interdict! I cant settle the bond with an interdict!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremely urgent and I just cannot get anyone at FNB to assist!</p> <p> </p> <p>Cant wait to move away from FNB!</p>
