In the process of purchasing a home and the transferring attorneys have been trying to obtain bond cancellation figures from FNB for a month now with no success. Your service is rather disappointing and I will advise people to stay away from banking with you. Luckily I didn't opt to register my home loan with this unprofessional bank.
