Bond cancellation and Title deed registration

I, Mr. Kubheka had a Mortgage Bond with FNb Bank, Bond Account Number: ***. I finished paying the Bond premiums about fifteen years ago and when I approached the bank regarding the Bond cancellation and the title deed. The Fnb Bank official then recommended and referred me to the COOVADIA ATTORNEYS, NOTARIES & CONVEYANCERS whom the FNB Bank uses to deal with such matters.

I went to the attorneys who charged me to proceed with the matter. I paid the full amount required by the Attorneys to proceed with the matter. Every time I went to the Attorneys (COOVADIA ATTORNEYS, NOTARIES & CONVEYANCERS to enquire about the progress with the Title Deed I was sent from pillar to post without a definite answer.
