Bond cancellation

I am trying to get a bond cancelled since the property has been sold. The attorneys had no luck getting a response from FNB since their initial contact 14 February. I have called today and was promised an email. How does one get a bond cancelled at FNB if nobody responds? Your private clients' service does not measure up to your marketing.
