Bond cancelation

We received a letter that our bond was cancel but FNB is still holding our funds that is due to us. The attorneys paid a settlement amount that was more that we have owned, Now there is a refund due to us but FNB home loans is holding the funds. Every time we called them they say it takes 5-7 working days. I think it is pathetic, and will not advice anyone to take a bond with FNB.
