Bond Application Nightmare!!!!

Bond application a nightmare!!! Bond was initially approved with a specific interest rate upon acceptance of their offer, during the next stage of finalisation (instructing the laywers, signatures etc), the interest rate now changed and went up by 0,4% without any consultation with me. When i queried this ******** and ********* behaviour of FNB to hike the interest after i have accepted their offer, i was told that there was something wrong with my application. I started the bond application on the 19 Jan 2021, it is now exactly a month later (22 Feb 2021) and i am still left hanging!! FNB has not shown any sense of urgency whatsoever is resolving my query.
