Bond Application ino J van der Merwe and A Venter

On 06/02/2023 a bond application was submitted to Engela Le Roux loans Consultant. As it was explained to her we require the bond to be cancelled form Std Bank and the above individuals are requesting a new loan. She said that it would be quick and easy. Well 4 weeks later and still no valuation is done. When A Venter phoned today she was told that the Valuation was declined. Yet on Friday the consultant phoned J van der Merwe to ask him if there was any houses on the property. The Valuator went to a vacant property and that was the reason for the decline. In the meantime a dispute is now registered according to the loans dept by the clients. They were not even aware of it being declined as no email, SMS or telephone call was received from FNB. My husband and myself are the current registered owners of the property and being retired we are at home all the time. His contact no was given with the application as contact for valuation. " J van der Merwe was told that they looked on Google maps for the property and to please submit photographs of the houses, as it was only vacant land. I fail to understand how valuations can be done like this. Could the Loans Manager please contact Jacques van der Merwe or Anell Venter urgently in this regard. Please confirm if this application is still in progress as we then need to consider going to other banks to get this transaction resolved Thanking you Devonia van der Merwe
