BOND APPLICATION - FINANCIALLY CRIPPLING

FNB is the bondholder of two bonds. FNB also has numerous financial judgements against the owner.<br> <br> WE (Mr and Mrs Spring) bought the property at the sale in execution (auction) on 17 March 2015.<br> <br> We were approved a new bond of R1200 000 that is to be retained until proper inspection is taken by the FNB evaluator prior to registration.<br> <br> However, the owner does not want to vacate the property (FNB KNEW!).<br> <br> We have taken legal action to evict, but the eviction proceedings will only be finalised when the property is in our name. Therefore, we can't provide the FNB valuators access into the property for bond finalisation. FNB won't use their original valuation! <br> <br> Our situation is impossible! FNB knew the situation before sale! FNB knew a purchaser (WE) would be financially crippled? The next purchaser is in the same position unless he has full cash payment?<br> <br> We have corresponded to everyone possible - attorney's
