Bond Application

We app**** for a home loan at FNB through Better Bond. We received an offer from FNB which we accepted and signed. FNB then came back and said sorry the offer had expired and in any way the deal they had initially offered us was incorrect and they made a mistake to offer us such a good deal. How is that for doing business??
