Bond Account Amendments...

I have app**** for a fixed-rate payment, of which I accepted the conditions on the 24th of November to pay the fixed rate for the next five years. Accordingly, the total amount I was paying was as per below:

The issue I have is since February, I have been paying a lesser amount, and one of their agents said it is because they have removed my HOC, which I didn't ask for, and I have been busy trying to call them and no one is helping me, yesterday they made me stay online for more than 15 minutes after one of their agents asked to hold so she can find out what's happening with my bond account
