I have been a loyal client of Fnb for over 10 years but thing changed when I decided to settle my bond last year June because I was told I will pay only the admiration to my surprise I have been billed R571 every month for life cover that they refuse to cancel until the tittle deed issued of which when you call their service Centre they are useless because the drop call , promise to give feedback witch never comes , the lawyers refer to FNB and FNB refer me lawyers it seem they enjoy milking me monthly for something that I have already paid .It make me feel great to pay for pathetic service every month by the look of thing maybe the FNB wants me to change bank because they got enough of my money not to care. *** Regard Charles Mashile
