Bogus #ITEMS PAID NO FINDS

Seems like I’m not the only one with this issue, other people are experiencing this. I have always vouched for this bank until now. I have never had this issue before but now it’s happening non stop. Funds keep being deducted continuously under the reference "#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS". This has placed my account in a negative balance and I am unable to make or receive any payments from my savings account!!!

Upon checking my recent transactions, I noticed that these deductions were made despite the funds being available in my account at the time the purchases were made. I distinctly recall that the purchases were debited from my available balance without any issues and I have proof of this. I am perplexed as to why it now indicates that the funds were not available. I do NOT have an overdraft account linked to my cheque account and if I did not have the funds to make a purchase then it would have declined?? I request a refund for ALL the deducted amounts failing which I will have no other alternative my account, under the reference "#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS".
