Bogus debit Order **** by FNB

QSure is well known for bogus debit orders. I stopped their bogus debit order from April 2024 and yet in June 2024 they manage to debit again. when I report the matter as ***** I am told that it is not ***** but debit dispute. when I report the matter to dispute, disputes says report it as ***** because you don't have a contract with QSure.

so it is a back and forth between ***** department and Debit Order Disputes but in the meantime I have to pay FNB R5 every month for reversing this QSure R89.99 bogus debit order. I think this is a deliberate loop whole engineered by FNB to make profit out of its customers, FNB allows this bogus debit orders to go through so they can pocket the R5s from us. sounds like a pretty good **** from FNB.
