Bogus charges!!!

The bank has charged me R220 for unpaid items and when I asked how and which items are those they tell me it's the swipes I made at clicks. I explained to the lady at the time of purchase there was enough funds to cover for the items I was buying and whatever pending amounts that were seating in "pend" to be taken is not my business as it was not supposed to be made accessible, according to my knowledge when I swiped I had enough money, and even if the money didn't go on the same day it's not supposed to be made accessible in any way! I understand about my monthly bank charges, and that's the only negetive amount that was supposed to reflect in my account right now, but they took the money that is supposed to be "pending" for clicks to deduct to pay the bank charges, nonsense!!!! They are reaping us off with all these terms of theirs please they need to reverse the so-called unpaid items because I'm not a bank expert, if there is money in my account and I want to buy something the money in my account can cover for I will without thinking it will be taken away by the bank at anytime!

While you at it, please send me the settlement amount for my credit card, I can even rather go loan from another bank to close it down if I have to, if this is the service fnb offers then I don't care how innovative you call yourselves! I'm fed up, have let you overs charge me for long now I can't anymore!
