BOB card cancellation SMS

<p>I received an SMS saying that my BOB card would be cancelled end of month and that I must use my debit card in future. My BOB card was ****** in 2015 and I reported it. It should have been cancelled together with the temporary card issued until I was issued with a Gold Cheque Visa card which I currently use. The SMS is incorrect. I had to wasye time and money contacting your call centre to verify this.</p>
