Good Day , My husband sent me a pin to withdraw on his ewallet account because I needed to urgently get medication from blue valley.It's the closest ATM to my work place I then withdraw R 1000 ,just when I was about to collect the money it some money got stuck and managed to take R500.The money got stuck inside the machine because it seemed like it was taking it back ,it was so strange .Immediately the screen went orange and mind you this is after the money guys were inside .I took the slip ,stood there a cleaning lady and the people from the salon mentioned that it usually does that which I find strange .I called my husband and went to clicks just when I got out of clicks the money guys were in there again ,I asked the armed guy if I could have my money and he told me I need to get a refund .When my husband called the bank ,apparently we need to go to a branch nearer ,I mean my husband works kin JHB CBD when exactly should he get to Centurion .If this usually happens why is the ATM still opened .There are cameras there ,we want our money please Please urgently call me on *** or my husband owner of the account on ***
