Blown Away!!!!!

Well where do I start? I don't even know how to right this down, except for writing what's in my heart.

Fnb and Fnb ***** department, I am lost for words here.

From when I got ****med and *****ed on facebook marketplace on the 6th of November, I have been back and forth with the Saps, case numbers, affidavits you name it, Roshan at the ***** department, was made aware of my case, and jumped straight into it to try assist me with his team, and his panel of guys. You guys rock, you guys truly have gone above and beyond service delivery, you far exceeded my expectations thinking that anything would come of this whole ***** case.

You absolutely blew me away today with the mail I received and the more than good news that came with that email and phone call.

Everyone talks about their bank this, their bank that. But they never give credit where credit is due, and this is why I'm here today, to give i hope in return a very positive review.

You didn't have to refund me, you didn't have to at all, but not only did you refund me a few rand, but you refunded me the total amount I got ****med out of, you Roshan truly went above and beyond to assist me in this matter, and I burst out crying when I got the phone call.

I am not sure if it was tears of joy, tears of the absolute heavy weight weighing down on my shoulders since I got ****med, that was just lifted, all I know is I cried uncontrollably.

What bank does this? No bank in the entire South Africa would do this, hell I don't even think any bank on this planet would do what you done for this customer namely myself today. No bank would guaranteed.

For that I am truly grateful, and I can't thank you enough for assisting me in this case. I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart, you have blown me away with the service I received from you, this is unheard of in these times. You do not get service, let alone this kind of service from banks or any massive entity these days, yet FNB went above and beyond.

No bank would do this, thank you Roshan and your team once again for fighting this for me and for making a miracle happen here for me today. I thank you so so so very much for making this dad's sleepless nights, not eating, a thing or the past. You are an absolute gem, and a valuable key player in your field of service and expertise and for that I'm truly grateful.
