Blocking my savings account without notification
I opened a savings pocket using money my husband gave me to settle some bills because I didn't want to use it. I have to pay those bills now but FNB has blocked the account. I have submitted the required forms.and I was told it was going to be sorted in 2 hours. But that hasn't happened.
