Blocking my internet banking without reason

On Monday 18 April I tried to use a backup laptop to make a payment to a supplier.I then got forced into a administrative process that blocked my entire account on all my computers because according to fnb I have not used that device in the last 30 days. Now I have to one wait 1-2 hours for the account to be reactivated, pay a activation fee and 3 complete a document.I phone our relationship manager and ask, 1 who gives fnb the right to block my profile, 2 it's absured that I shoulkd pay and 3 if this is what you do to a coporate client what do you do to private?I tell her to phone me back on Tuesday 09:30 and have my account open for trading. She phones me at 16:30 shocked to find that no one has resolved my query.I tell her that the service is poor and that she needs to phone me the following morning with my account open for trade. So on the 3rd day at 11:30 I still have the same issue. This from a client that moves +-R8mil a month in fnb, so now I might be moving from fnb aswell. Now I know whats going to happen, I will get a phonecall with some rehersed appology and my query resolved.Unfortunatley your bad service and oudated system cost me money, so I will be moving my money.
