Blocking my accounts without notifying me

They blocked my easyzero account without any valid reasons, they didn't send me any messages to say I have to update my profile, until I receive money, and when I withdraw, transfer or make a transaction it doesn't go through, that's then they say I should go to a branch, which is totally unfair and waist my time
