Blocking FNB business account

Worst service ever. Blocking my business account each month on payday and then this Precious Ntoae tells me to go into the bank and solve my issue again!!!! The managers are never available. The list of names are ongoing. If FNB did their jobs from day one, non of this would have happened. For 3 months now I have been in an out of the bank and signing more paper work than the past 10 years. Does FNB think I have time to go to the bank every second week and call during the month to sort this out??? How about a review on some of the consultants job titles???????? Every time the situation is so-called sorted it’s worse. I want feedback from FNB regarding this.
